Malaysian fintech firm Boost and telecommunications company Celcom have launched a two-in-one card, allowing users to access funds from the Boost digital wallet and utilize a pre-approved Shariah compliant credit line.
Known as Beyond Card, the prepaid card runs on the Mastercard network. The card has already been made available to Celcom users via the Boost app, and to be made available to Digi users in due course.
Through the card’s Shariah compliant pay-later option, known as Boost PayFlexTM, users can stretch payments by up to three-month instalments.
