CIMB Bank, which offers Islamic services, has introduced new features to its Enhanced Virtual Assistant (EVA) including a spend analyzer function allowing customers to manage their accounts and make financial decision via single-tap spending insights. CIMB EVA’s natural language processing ability has also been enhanced to handle a wider range of chat-based transactions.
