The Islamic Finance Advisory (IFA), a division of the Islamic Council, has certified UK-based legal technology platform Waseeya’s services as Shariah compliant, according to an official post on LinkedIn.
A complete P2P review was conducted by the IFA, concluding the following articles of Waseeya to conform with the general related principles of the Shariah regarding the laws of inheritance and transactions:
- Waseeya’s ‘Inheritance Calculator’
- Waseeya’s ‘Islamic Will’
- Waseeya’s ‘Gift Deed’, and
- Waseeya’s P2P interest-free loan agreement.
