Shariah compliant Kuwait International Bank (KIB) has introduced a video call service, enabling customers to complete transactions via video call. Transactions allowed include releasing/holding bank account requests, delivery requests, notification adjustments for credit cards and debit cards as well as setting/resetting banking card PIN, among others.
