Islamic fintech start-up Manzil, which closed a CA$1.15 million (US$851,278) seed round in May 2019, is looking to raise CA$300,000 (US$222,073) in an equity financing round conducted on crowdfunding platform FrontFundr.
The company, whose capital-raising campaign is already live, is currently working on launching a variable mortgage product, car financing and credit cards this year as well as a robo-advisory platform in 2021. It is also looking to expand into the US and the UK in 2022 and 2023 respectively.
