The UK’s first Financial Conduct Authority-regulated Islamic fintech company has welcomed a new chief risk officer (CRO).
A banker by profession with deep expertise in risk management, Umer Suleman joins the Islamic property crowdfunding platform as the CRO and head of Islamic finance. Umer is also an executive manager of the UK Islamic Finance Council and co-heads HSBC’s Muslim Network.
