Emirates NBD, which offers Islamic banking services, is poised to launch voice banking services through Amazon Alexa, as part of its collaboration with Amazon Web Services announced earlier this year. Emirates NBD Voice Bank, which would enable customers to access banking transaction details among others, has been co-created along with customers under the bank’s Better Together program whereby selected patrons were engaged to assist with developing and beta testing the innovation.
