Bahrain’s Ithmaar Bank plans to upgrade its customer relationship management (CRM) platform, following its appointment of banking solutions expert and Microsoft partner VeriPark Gulf FZE to implement the upgrade. VeriPark will assist the Islamic bank to implement the new Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, which will allow for customer-focused solutions and increased personalization, security, mobility and customer engagement.
