Ratih Rachmawaty is the Co-Founder & CEO of AMAAN who leads the company on a mission to improve the welfare of millions of families by empowering women entrepreneurs and their families, both through financial and non-financial solutions.

Ratih plays a significant role and is fully involved in establishing the basic foundation of the company, starting from the declaration of the company’s mission, leading the company’s strategy and developing the organization, product and supporting ecosystem.

Ratih has 24 years of experience in banking, both in Finance, Audit, Risk Management, Corporate Strategy and Business Development. In the last 17 years, Ratih has studied and became the key founder of the mass market business in Indonesian banking, including the mass market business at PT Bank Danamon Tbk (2003-2008), the microbanking business at PT Bank BTPN Tbk (2009-2011) and the productive poor business. in the Sharia Business Unit of PT Bank BTPN Tbk (2011-2014), which is the core business of PT Bank BTPN Syariah (2014-2020). Ratih’s last position was as CEO at PT Bank BTPN Syariah and brought the company into a public company in 2018.

Mulia Salim is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of AMAAN who is responsible for developing and implementing all strategies, planning, and designing collaborations with strategic partners that support the company’s operational activities.

With more than 27 years of experience in the world of conventional and sharia banking, Mulia has broad insight and in-depth knowledge in the area of ​​business operations. With that experience, at AMAAN Mulia is committed to creating growth opportunities for the people around her and to building a platform that opens opportunities for millions of women micro-entrepreneurs in Indonesia.

Prior to AMAAN, Mulia was the Deputy President Director of BTPN Syariah from 2017 to 2020. Mulia also served as Director at BTPN (2008 – 2016) and held various senior positions at Bank Danamon and Citibank NA.

Taras Wibawa Siregar is the Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer of AMAAN who is responsible for leading the Go-To-Market strategy of AMAAN services. When building and strengthening the AMAAN ecosystem, Taras went directly to support, assist, and provide direction to thousands of idAMAAN Brothers in the field.

With more than 20 years of experience in risk management in the financial services industry, at AMAAN Taras is committed to contributing to helping millions of women micro-entrepreneurs in Indonesia through financial and non-financial solutions.

Prior to AMAAN, Taras served as Director at BTPN Syariah from 2015 to 2019. During his career, Taras has held various senior positions in well-known companies such as BTPN (2008-2015), Bank Danamon (2004-2008), Citibank NA (1998-2015). 2004), and Freeport Indonesia (1993-1996).

Taras holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from the Faculty of Business Administration at Washington State University, Washington, USA (1993) and holds a Master of Business Administration from the AB Freeman School of Business at Tulane University, Louisiana, USA (1998).
